I went out and bought Far Cry in my great anticipation for Far Cry 2. I know that the stories are totally unrelated but when you're itching for a game you just gotta know everything about it/ have anything to do with it.

So anyway, I have been playing FC1 and from what I have seen so far it is quite repetitive, hilarious and an old-skool-high-res version of Time Splitters. Tri-gens? seriously... lol

but anyway, I digress again. I was playing FC and I found it hilarious. I found myself shooting this guy who was just standing behind a tree repeatedly. I mean, I'd shoot him, then he's stand up and crouch again. I'd shoot him again in his arm. He'd do it again and it carried on till about 20 rounds were in his right arm and he flung himself upwards and died.

Second thing that made me laugh alot was when you first can kill a tri-gen (well, I haven't killed them yet, I am too busy writing this thread :D (so I don't know if you can)) and there's two of them and they just come flying at you. Jumping about like crazy and then they just went WHAM and killed me in like a few seconds.

A few other things that make me laugh is how an enemy can take a bullet straight through the skull and collapse softly to the ground while his friend says "Are you alright?"

lastly I think it has to be the vehicle physics. you can drive up a mountain with the "buggy". Love it.
